They adhere to the security rules and regulations for airlines, indirect air carriers and certified cargo screening facilities.
Despite their industry leadership, their website was considered unclear and inaccessible for newcomers, with difficulty interpreting its purpose upon first visit. The website was even referred to as 'dull' by the CEO. This is where my services were required, to revamp their online presence.

Assumption 1: The biggest problem is their visual clutter.
While the branding feels outdated, the bigger issue lies in poor usability and functionality. Cluttered layouts, broken links, and confusing navigation have a greater impact on user frustration than just the visual identity.
Assumption 2: The UI seems outdated and untrustworthy.
While the UI does contribute to a lack of engagement, research later suggests that deeper functional issues—such as broken links, outdated content, and inefficient workflows—are the real reasons users abandon the site.
Assumption 3: The site is very text heavy which bores users.
Poor information architecture and unclear navigation likely make it difficult for users to find what they need. Complex workflows, lack of visual hierarchy, and confusing terminology may contribute to usability issues, reducing overall engagement.
Broken buttons and links lead to lack of trust from users.
Broken buttons and links frustrate users by disrupting their journey, making the site feel unreliable. This lack of functionality erodes trust, leading users to abandon the site in favor of more dependable sources.
